was scheduled first for Monday, August 4th.  After localized flooding occurred on Sunday, August 3rd, the event was postponed to Sunday, August 17th.  

We were worried as almost each day between the two dates we had rain of some sort.  But the two days before our event were basically clear and on Sunday, August 17th - we had one of the best days of the summer!!  Clear blue skies through most of the day!

With the new date our normally sold out event was down over ten teams!  Those who were able to attend had a great day!  The winning team with a score of 58 or -14 was the team of:

Frank Rhoades, Mike Keeler, Peter Mahew, John Fogg and Dan Girard.  Congratulations guys!!

Second place with a score of 59 or -13 went to:

Mark Lufkin, Brad Lufkin, Brad Lufkin, II, Larry Fellows

Third Place with a score of 60 or -12 went to:

Bob Werner, Dwayne Robinson, Mike Consoles, Rick Baril and Dennis Colameta

Long Drive for the Women went to:  Jennifer Dugan

Long drive for the Men went to: Sean Faherty

Closest to the Pin for the Women (22'7") - Michelle Jenness

Closest to the Pin for the Men (8'2") - Larry Fellows

The HIGHEST scoring team was the team of:

 Sean Faherty, Martin Faherty, Drew Keith, Josh Beauchemin and Bob Kirk.

Everyone who was able to attend had a great day!  There were many end of day prizes won in the raffles as well as some prized items won in the silent and live auctions!

We are looking forward to next year for our TENTH ANNUAL event!  It will again be at the Maplewood Country Club on Monday, August 3, 2009.
