The New Hampshire Troopers TM
presents
The 10th Annual New Hampshire Troopers Classic
It will be held on Monday, August 3, 2009 again at
The Maplewood
Country Club & Resort
Bethlehem, NH

Next year's tournament will be held on:
Monday, August 3, 2009
8:30 AM Registration - 9:30 AM Shotgun Start
The Tenth Annual New Hampshire Troopers Association Golf Tournament is to be held on Monday, August 3, 2009. In this tournament we raise funds to go into our Charity Account. We use this account for scholarships, donations to good causes, crisis assistance to members, and to help out in the catastrophic times of the loss of one of our members.
We will again be playing with FIVE-Person Teams. The reason for this is that we normally sell out and the tournament is all about raising money for the NHTA first and having a good time. This is the sixth year of this format and it is clear that we still accomplish both goals with the five-person teams. We will again have thirty-eight teams this year allowing one hundred ninety (190) players to enjoy the day rather than the old format that only allowed one hundred forty-four (144)!
Please plan on getting to the course early for the breakfast buffet. As anyone who has been to the course knows - the food at the Maplewood is awesome!! The buffet includes, coffee, juice, milk, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, pancakes & french toast. The buffet will start at 7:00 AM - so get there early, eat, and get in a little practice before the tournament!
We are planning to again have a sports memorabilia AUCTION on site. Several items will be silent auction bidding all day and can be bid on as folks go past the club house. We will also expect to have a few prized items to be placed up for live auction during the banquet.
The Elite Team classification was a big hit the last two years. While your golfing ability may not put you in that category - we would like to put you in that classification for your extra support of our Tournament and New Hampshire's Troopers! Each member of an "Elite Team" will receive a Personalized Golf Towel and other premium items. A Third Golf Cart will also be included at no additional charge for any Elite Team. The cost for an Elite Team is $850.00. Elite Teams must be registered and paid for by July 1, 2008 as time is needed to personalize the golf towels. Click here to see a mock up of the Golf Towel.
If you have to travel -
plan on staying close by at the new Hampton Inn at Littleton.

It is a beautiful hotel only minutes from the course. We are currently working on a preferred rate for the tournament. All of the rooms at the Maplewood Resort are taken for the night before the tournament, but there are a couple available for the night of the event (Monday).
Returning teams have only until
June 1, 2009 to
get their team locked
in before we start filling the vacant slots on a first come first served format.
Returning teams
- you may get bumped if you wait. We had to bump a couple teams this
year as we were full when they submitted their application! Don't let this
happen to you!! I work to fill the tournament ASAP so that we can focus
our attention on sponsors. The only way to confirm your team is with your
form in and the FEE PAID!
